What Are QC Notes?
When shopping with an agent service like SuperBuy, you purchase items "blindly" from sellers. Our warehouse staff then physically inspects your purchased goods. The QC notescolor accuracy, sizing/fit, material quality, and any flaws. They accompany the QC photos
How to Access QC Notes & Photos
Log into your SuperBuy account, go to "My Warehouse". Under each item awaiting shipment, you'll find a section for "QC Photos""Remarks". Always review both before approving for shipment.

Breaking Down the QC Note Categories
1. Color Assessment

Agents often provide actual measurements. A note might say: "Tagged size L, but measures like a Medium". Compare the provided measurements (chest width, length, etc.) against your own clothing or a size chart. This section is crucial. Notes may indicate material feel, like "Material is thin", "Stitching is uneven near the pocket", or "Logo embroidery is clean and precise".
